  • HOW CAN I SCHEDULE A SHOWING OR GET MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE PARK?

  • CAN I PERMANENTLY LIVE AT LAKE GLENADA?

    All mobile and manufactured homes are privately owned. Prospective residents must be approved through the management office via the application process prior to residing within the community. Please call the on-site office for more information.

  • FOR HOW LONG CAN I RESERVE AN RV SITE?

    We offer full hook up, 30 & 50 AMP sites available for daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reservations. ​

  • HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO RESERVE AN RV SITE?

    ​None! Walk-ins are welcome but RV sites are first-come, first-serve unless you make a reservation before arrival. We strongly recommend reservations during October through March.

Other Information

Golf Carts

You must be 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license to drive in the park. Golf carts driven after dark must have lights.

No parking on vacant lots without paying additional lot rent.

Boats and Trailers

Boats and trailers must be parked in the boat storage area near the maintenance shed or in the off-site storage lot.

There is a $50 per month charge for using the off-site storage lot.

Garbage

Please place all garbage in a plastic bag and deposit in the refuse containers. Please break down all boxes. No placing of garbage on the outside of containers. All flammable, combustible or hazardous materials are permitted in the community. Oils, fluids, batteries, chemicals or other toxic items must be properly disposed of outside of the community.

Appliances and TV’s must be taken to the landfill.

All Plant/tree limbs must be cut to 3 feet or less.

Pets

All pets must be approved by the park and must have proof of required shots.
  • Unleashed pets will be removed from the park. Pets must be on a 6 foot, non-retractable leash.
  • No tethering of animals outside in a fenced area.
  • No dog kennels allowed.
  • No pets to urinate/defecate on other residents lots.
  • Cats not permitted outside unleashed. Cats must be on a leash or in a cat carrier.
Pets may be removed from the park for the following reasons:
  • Excessive barking
  • Not properly leashed
  • Not properly cleaned up after
  • Aggressive or threatening behavior
  • Biting

Harassment Policy

Any conduct which threatens , harasses or intimidates other residents, guests, park staff, visitors or management is prohibited and is grounds for eviction including Letters, verbal or internet. A compliance document will be signed and dated at time of arrival concerning the above rules.
